• Work together with Learning & Development coordinator to organize all training needs
• Create and update PPT/video training materials based on new training topic
• Coordinate and communicate with all trainers
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply (experience in training internship program will be a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly in Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Table)
• Positive attitude, attentive to details, adaptability, and good time management.
• Excellent in communication skills - verbal & written
• Able to operate simple video editing software/applications such as Canva, Figma and Adobe Ilustrator
