Description

Arrange transfer of technology of new and existing products from R&D to manufacturing sites.
Conduct technical study and implementation of process improvement, source of raw material changes, batch size changes, and manufacturing site changes of existing products.
Support the technical trouble-shooting of existing product deviation, including investigation, root cause analysis, and rework proposal (if needed).

Requirement

Professional’s degree in Apothecary is required for this role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Development / Technical Service & Support / Manufacturing Science & Technology Development (MSTD) within pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on industrial experience in pharmaceutical process development of ethical and OTC products in various dosage forms (tablet, syrup, suspensions, etc.)
Good knowledge of current pharmaceutical regulation, especially in Scale-Up and Post Approval Changes (SUPAC).
Good understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines (CPOB, CPOTB, cGMP, GDocP).
Qualified individual with challenge-driven attitude, good leadership skill, good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, detail-oriented, and good stress management.
Good knowledge in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide), and statistical tools (such as Minitab) will be an added value.
Willing to be stationed at the head office in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.
